Specifications for the One FlowAir, which will be seen in the US, include a length of 13.4 feet, width of 5.97, height of 5.74, and a weight of 1,874 pounds. This innovative compressed air vehicle will seat six, has a maximum speed of 96 mph, and a mileage rate of 106 mpg.

Features of the One FlowAir include airbags, full CFC-free A/C, computer based screen display of the vehicles control parameters, fully reclining driver’s seat, AM/FM stereo with cassette & CD player, concealed spare tire, power windows, power door locks, and power mirrors.

At this time, the estimated cost for the One FlowAir is around $17,800.

In the US, auto manufacturers are feeling the crunch as more and more people are not spending their hard-earned money to purchase new cars. The House of Representatives will convene as early as next week to vote on a plan that will provide emergency cash to the auto industry; however, a bailout for the Detroit, Michigan’s auto manufacturers,a lso known as the Big 3, General motors, Ford and Chrysler, will still face a huge struggle in the Senate and then again as it hits the White House.

The Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi in a statement explained that if just one of the nation’s largest auto manufacturers failed, it would cause a “devastating impact” on the economy in the US. She went on to say, that Congress needs to aid the auto industry with “emergency and limited financial assistance”.

The main goal of Pelosi is to add the auto industry in the package to the Treasury Department’s 700 billion economic rescue program, which was started to aid the US banking system, which is in dire consequences due to the housing crunch.

The vote will take $25 billion from the 700 billion and be treated as a bridge loan in order to help the car manufacturers make it through the economic crisis, which is believed to be the cause behind the auto industries devastation.

Even though this push from Democrats may be a great savior for the auto industry, if the vote succeeds, many more businesses may also try to get a piece of the pie due to hard times. At this time, the program to bailout the auto industry has not been seen by the House of Representatives, the Senate, or the White House. It is a wait and see measure before anyone can make a decision as to if the program will truly be a savior or will flop.

Porsche is introducing two new 911 Targa models that will be available at Porsche dealerships in the U.S. starting in September of this year.

The most striking visual highlight of the 911 Targa is its 16.58 square-foot glass roof made up of two segments – an elegant sliding roof at the front and a more practical tailgate at the rear. The roof slides smartly beneath the tailgate within seven seconds, conveniently offering almost five square feet of open space above the passenger cabin when opened completely.
